We had a fantastic family holiday and wish we could have stayed longer! Lucy and the team keep the accommodation in excellent condition and well maintained. Many parts of the house are the original wooden structure and there is plenty of living space inside and outside. The pool was very clean and grounds were private. There are three bedrooms in the main house and two separate bedrooms opposite the pool and above the bar area, giving a tree house vibe! Lucy was helpful in arranging airport transportation and when we visited the Elephant Sanctuary. The house service included laundry and breakfast making if so desired.

The villa is great with its location, staff and facilities. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and offered us with a lot of assistance during the stay. Pool and living room are great for our group of 8 to have a pleasant stay for the UTMB Chiang Mai Trail Running Race event. We are so relaxed and had have a good rest after running for 50km. We could also find restaurants by walk or short taxi trip while the team was tired after the race. We also enjoyed petting the cats living nearby.

Thank you to Lucy and staff for a warm welcome and wonderful stay. The villa is perfectly located in Chang Mai. Very comfortable and clean with amazing staff. A great place to relax in the evenings, the kids loved the pool after a day of sigh seeing. Lucy was available to answer all our questions and very helpful with making bookings and suggesting places to visit or eat out.

Stayed here with a group of 9 friends for 3 nights. We ended up extending and staying an extra night because we all loved staying here so much. The place is incredible and the staff who came and cleaned and took care of us did an amazing job. Lucy, who coordinated everything from checking in to transportation, went above and beyond for us. Staying here was genuinely a major highlight of our two weeks in Thailand, and we all wished we could have stayed longer. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai with a group or family.
